INTRODUCTION

I enjoy designing websites, producing posters, and anything that is vaguely creative along those lines. Most of the recent work I have done has been for my church, Christchurch, Abbeydale, Gloucester. This page gives some examples of the work that I have done, some of which is still in progress.

CHRISTIAN COMMONS

www.christiancommons.co.uk (coming soon) This in development website is being created to provide an online depository of Christian resources for use within church services, bible studies etc. User can register, and upload things they have created - images, talks, poems, prayers and more - to allow other registered users to download them for free for use within their own church. Written in C#.NET with a SQL Server 2005 database.

CHRISTCHURCH ABBEYDALE

www.christchurchabbeydale.org.uk Recently developed for my church, based in Abbeydale, Gloucester, this site is a complete redesign of the church's previous website. However, I was asked to keep the same content and ease of updating the pages. To keep things easy for the website administrators, I created a password-protected administrative area, where the content of each of the pages can easily be modified using a WYSIWYG editor. There is also an online calendar, enabling the administrator to easily add details of upcoming events within the church. This also includes the functionality to add recurring events, which occur weekly, monthly, annually and so on. Written in C#.NET with a SQL Server 2005 database.

THE AGAPÉ PROJECT

www.gootyschools.org (coming soon) A very simple, small website developed to keep people informed of fund-raising events and the current total raised so far, for this project which is raising funds for rebuilding schools in South India Written in C#.NET.

EMMANUEL ST JOHN'S

www.esjscarborough.co.uk Developed for a previous church I attended, this website provides main details about the church itself and any events happening during the coming weeks. A password-protected area was created to allow the website administrator to keep the service plan up-to-date, enabling people to see which services are happening when, and who is leading them. Written in C#.NET with a SQL Server 2005 database.
